CHIARS READ BELOW **The first shift's chair will be responsible for getting the materials from the service VPs. Each shift chair will be responsible for the materials at the cleanup and ensure each item is transferred to the next brother who is attending the following shift. When the new shift arrives each brother who is leaving will give their materials to the next shift. The last shift chair will have the brothers tie off bags and leave them at the side of the road in a pile and coordinate giving the materials back to the service VPs.**
