Some of the tasks will include-alpha sort attendees and make sheets for box office, bring tables upstairs and set up tables, chairs, linens, bar; set up first floor for auction and set out auction items; set up kitchen, set up food tables, make and print menus, set up box office and coat check, set up photo area; final table assignments and enter on program with name. Divide by paid and need to pay, Alpha sort programs.
