As scheduling season starts, the academic advisors get slammed with students seeking help with what to do the following semester, creating a very fast paced and stressful environment We are going to be making stress relief care packages to drop off in the Academic Support Center to provide some much needed relaxation and brighten up their days! Some ideas: - Bins/Baskets - Chocolate - Tea - Stress balls/ Squishy toys - Fidget toys - Essential Oils - Face Masks - Mugs - Coloring Books - Colored pencils/crayons/markers - Other snacks - Personalized notes of appreciation from us! - Anything else you think would relive stress! Each donation = .5 hours Max 3 hours For Donations: Can either hold onto them until the basket making event OR Contact Sarah and she'll take them off your hands!
