Shift 1: meet at 6 pm in Horizon Hall 4200 (the English department) from which you will take supplies to Merten Hall and set them up on Merten Lawn. Shift 2: help welcome guests and staff the book sale on Merten Lawn and in Merten 1201, clean up from reception Shift 3: clean up from reception, break down supplies and carry back to Horizon Hall
