This is a 9 mile hike so bring lots of water (at least 64oz) as well as a lunch. Come properly dressed! The hike itself will take about 4-8 hours and the drive is about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Yes there is a walk to the mountain from the parking lot. You'll be paying around a ten dollar entrance fee so make sure you have some cash on you.
