hey y’all!!! come join christina for a back day at the arc >:)) we’ll be deadlifting, doing different variations of rows, pull downs, and much more !!! we will be working out at the arc so please activate your membership by then if you wanna sign up. meet up in front of the arc by 7:30 please and be sure to wear flat shoes, workout clothes, and of course bring water!!! Will need a total of 5 Brothers for this to count as a fellowship! Must stay for at least 1 hour! If you want to chair this event, type “Chair” in the comment box and don’t forget to fill out the Chair form!
