Hello Everyone! In preparation for our Rush x Valentine’s Day Note Giving Event, we are hoping to have all of the notes that we hand out ready to go so that we do not have to constantly write notes while also giving them out. These notes will be due at GBM #2 (Monday, February 6, 2023). Feel free to get creative or just write simple, thoughtful notes to help spread some positivity and love around campus. GUIDELINES FOR CREATING NOTES: 1. Please keep your notes about notecard size (you can either fold and cut paper into sixths or use actual notecards). If you need any paper/supplies, please contact either the SVPs or Recruitment Chair (Christina Credo: 510-557-5776) ASAP so that we can get you the supplies you need. 2. Write a thoughtful, uplifting, positive, and APPROPRIATE message. Your message does not need to be long (1-3 sentences is perfectly acceptable); but think about notes that you may want to receive. 3. Feel free to draw or decorate your note, just keep it appropriate please and thank you. 4. *IMPORTANT: In order to receive external relations credit in addition to service credit, please put @aposdsu on the bottom of your note.* CREDIT BREAKDOWN: 10 Notes = 0.5 Hours and 0.25 External Relations Credit 20 Notes = 1 Hour and 0.5 External Relations Credit 30 Notes = 1.5 Hours and 0.75 External Relations Credit *THESE NOTES ARE DUE AT GBM #2 (MONDAY, FEBRUARY 6). PLEASE GIVE THEM TO CLAIRE AT THE END OF GBM. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT TO GBM, PLEASE COMMUNICATE THIS WITH EITHER OF THE SVPs PRIOR TO GBM.
