Brene shared in this podcast that “we think that denying our emotions makes us stronger and more resilient, but the research shows that it actually makes us LESS resilient.” In this presentation, we will go over how toxic positivity relates to our experience as individuals and leaders. Participants will leave confident with new strategies to address toxic positivity and ready to inspire action in all of the spaces they lead.
