This will be an opportunity to hear about the experiences of graduate students and new professionals from historically marginalized backgrounds working in the mental health field. Panelists will speak about their own mental health journeys, community care, how they are addressing the stigma of mental health, and increasing access to therapy in historically marginalized communities. The panel will be moderated by Dr. Sesen Negash, Associate Professor & Director, Marriage and Family Therapy Program in the Department of Counseling and School Psychology.
