Hope through Housing is dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational poverty by implementing programs that empower individuals and change communities. We deliver services and support to low-income residents within National CORE apartment communities aimed at Building Bright Futures, creating Pathways to Economic Empowerment, and building Connections to Care for seniors. The food distributions the volunteers will assist with loading and unloading the fruits and vegetables, they will assist in the distribution of the groceries, they can assist the seniors with taking their grocery bags to their apartments, and offer some time of socialization with the seniors If you would like to chair this event please comment AND message one or both of the SVPs.
