Keep play areas organized and make sure each kid gets a turn, etc. VOLUNTEER CHECK IN: Unless otherwise instructed, when you arrive at the Park, please check in first at our JDRF Volunteer Check In booth located at the south end of north lawn near Laurel St. (El Prado) between 6th Avenue and Balboa Drive. We will check you in at your job, provide you with a JDRF Volunteer T-Shirt and direct you to your job location. PLEASE ARRIVE BY THE TIME REQUESTED (AT LEAST 30-45 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR JOB START TIME). It will likely take 15-20 minutes to park and walk to the check in site, and at least another 15-20 minutes to check in, get your Volunteer T-shirt, be directed and trained for your job.
