Volunteers will: 1. Have student read the stand-up sign “Check-in at Your Own Risk” 2. Student signs clipboard - next to bag ticket #  Student to provide name and RED I.D.  Signature acknowledging that they read the “Check-in at Your Own Risk” sign 3. Give green ticket with # to student 4. Mark # on blue tape and place on bag/backpack/purse (make it easy to see) 5. Walk the students over to a spot for them to place their bag. Note that bags should be organized in NUMERICAL order from LEFT TO RIGHT so it is easy to retrieve later. 6. Confirm ticket #, clipboard # and blue tape # on item all MATCH! 7. Inform students they need to retrieve their item by 2pm (with 2:30pm cushion – for your knowledge only)  Bags left after 2:30pm will be taken to Career Services -- CHECK OUT 1. When students return to get their bag, ask for their ticket number and walk them over to the spot where their belongings are. 2. Confirm ticket #, clipboard # and blue tape # on item all MATCH! 3. Remove the blue tape before they walk away with their bag. -- Please wear your Standards to the event and represent our Brotherhood well to SDSU!
