1. The event set up begins at 7:30 am and tear down is at 4:00pm. However, volunteers are scheduled from 9:00 am – 12:30 pm. 2. We are looking for 6-10 outgoing, energetic, and friendly volunteers for the following roles: Greeters who stationed throughout the hotel to guide participants to the event, Raffle volunteers to circulate the event and solicit raffle ticket sales and complete the purchase, using provided software (software training will be provided), and Step & repeat volunteers to assist participants with taking photos on their cell phones and posting them to social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) 3. The dress code is semi-formal.
