To receive credit: - 6 letters = 1 hour, but we encourage you to make more letters if you want/have time to do so! - 2 hours max. - Here are directions/guide of what the letters should include for our first responders. https://www.operationgratitude.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Operation-Gratitude-Letter-Writing-PDF-Generalv2.pdf - If you have any questions please talk to the PSVPs about it. - Turn in your letters BEFORE GBM to PSVPs. - Do not put your last name, only first names. - Take a photo of yourself at the END of making letters and send it to PSVPs AND SVPs email (letters should be in the picture). These letters will be going to our first responders. Our first responders are anyone who is trained to respond in an emergency. These letters should contain any type of appreciation and gratitude for a general first responder. Please do not use gender based identification because the letter is not guaranteed to go to a specific gender. This service event is open to BOTH pledges and actives.
