According to one of the workers, the blood donation bus SHOULD be on campus. However, it's not on their website so do not bank on this for service hours if you're struggling (: So if you donate blood you will receive 1 HOUR of service. To receive credit please send a photo of YOURSELF and the PAPERWORK to the service email! Location: Campanile Walkway! It's near Capulli Right now the Blood Donation bank is on campus until 4pm today, March 5th. Please send the photo WITHIN 48 hours of donating blood so we can award credit appropriately. Donating blood is more than just receiving service hours. Donating blood will help an individual who is in dire need of blood. Here are some facts about blood needs: -The blood type most often requested by hospitals is type O. (so if you're type O then please donate!) -Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood The average red blood cell transfusion is approximately 3 pints Please find out the qualifications to donate blood beforehand to save time. If we find out the qualifications we shall update this event. Thanks! ***Please be HYDRATED to donate blood and it will take 45 minutes to an hour to donate.***
