As volunteers, our main task is to help with the Silent Auction. A task that APO-SDSU has been helping out with for over 18 years. Our job is to deliver all silent auction items to guest whose credit card information has been processed at check-in. When the back office has completed the processing, runners (us) will deliver the winning packets to the guests and have them sign for the delivery. Runners will return signed verification to cashiers station. When you are waiting for another item we ask that you not stand in the ballroom but in the lobby outside of the ballroom Comment and MESSAGE Vishnu to chair
