Greeters & Seaters: We ask that our Greeters and seaters assist guest with finding their way around the venue, directing them to where the auction and reception is, where the bathrooms are located, etc. Once it is time for guests to be seated each volunteer will be given a map of the table layouts and they can assist guests by pointing them in the right direction of their table. Silent Auction: Volunteers will be needed to help monitor valuable Auction items and deliver them to the Check Out station once the auction has closed. Registration: We are currently looking for 2 to 3 Volunteers to assist with organizing guest folders during Check-In. Runners: (During the Program) Volunteers will be needed to get guest signatures on Live Auction Bid Sheets and then take them to the check-out area. Auction Check-Out: Volunteers will be needed to assist with handing items out at the event of the evening to the winning bidders.
