MS Dinner Auction

Date: Nov 19, 2016 at 7:00pm to 11:00pm
Alpha Phi Omega has been volunteering at the MS Dinner Live Auction for over 15 years. Multiple sclerosis is a disease in which the nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord are damaged, disrupting the ability of parts of the nervous system to communicate. There will be a volunteer dinner at 6PM, after which volunteers will be: silent auction runners, liver auction runners, and help to breakdown. Attire: Dress evening/dress to impress. Ladies should wear comfortable shoes, lots of running around. Low heels or flats are encouraged. Parking: At the entrance, the attendant will give you a ticket which they will validate. Make sure you pick it up at Volunteer Check-in. Park in the Loews self-parking garage. Carpooling is encouraged. Check-in: Volunteer Check-in is upstairs outside the Britannia Room. You will receive nametag, which we ask all volunteers to wear so we can identify you as a volunteer at our event. After you have checked in you will be directed to your Captain who will give you a brief training.
