Comment to chair! Wear work clothes and closed-toed shoes; all tools provided. Volunteers will be stenciling storm drains, planting trees, picking up litter, or painting graffiti. The City of Chula Vista and ILACSD are teaming up to help focus our efforts at two locations: Rice Canyon & Del Ray Business District at Discovery Park & Memorial Park. Each cleanup site will not only have litter debris removal, but will have other fun projects to choose from, helping to solidify our efforts in. In years past, we have removed over 40,000lbs of trash and debris, stenciled over 200 storm drains to bring awareness to dumping, and painted over 7,750 square feet of graffiti!
