Fashion show information includes a description of all three (3) outfits as well as the song(s) that each member will be walking to. Show off your green side in your Eco-Friendly clothing down the runway. Teams will create outfits from sustainable materials prior to event. Students will create three (3) outfits, relating to the 3 pillars of GreenFest. Your music videos will be displayed here prior to each team’s modeling. Participation Requirements: Student teams will create 3 outfits, 1 for each pillar of GreenFest. The three (3) pillars are Sustainability, diversity & Aztec Pride Please plan accordingly and assign three (3) different team members to model (One (1) for each outfit), as there will not be enough time to change. Please do not go to the store for paper or plastic bags. Reuse items you already have. Examples include scrap paper from old notes, Daily Aztecs, recycled cans & bottles, cardboard, old clothes, etc. Please practice integrity and do not purchase items and get creative with your recycled items! Student teams will design and create clothing and accessories from everyday items. Student Teams may also use materials provided by GreenFest. Student Teams MUST submit a description of each outfit by Wednesday, April 13 by midnight to greenfest.studentteams@gmail.com Student Teams will arrive 1 hour before event (3:30pm) and check-in with Jolene at the stage at the festival on the ENS field. Point Deductions: -25 points for use of non-environmentally items (styrofoam, stickers, glitter, etc.) Outfits showing inappropriate content (ex. drug or alcohol references) will not be permitted and will be disqualified. -10 points for not meeting description deadline and/or not arriving 1 hour before the start of the show.
