I believe all shifts for the festival are out so they can plan ahead, also new ones pop up as needed. Some of the shifts are even just to be seat fillers for underfilled movies. The festival runs Nov. 5th-14th and it'll be at several locations, UCSD, Museum of Contemporary art, but mostly at UltraStar Cinemas in Mission Valley.
