JAKE IS DOING IT!! More info here: http://www.sddragonboatrace.com/ Meet at cuic 6AM for 1st shift!, meet at Cuic @ 11am for the 2nd shift for rides We will need help both days, especially Sunday. Duties include (but are not limited to) boat duty, monitoring trash and recycling, runners for posting race results, help set up pop-up tents on Saturday morning and breaking them down on Sunday afternoon, and if you guys have vehicles, help transport race gear back to Fiesta Island where they are stored. Water and lunch will be provided for volunteers. Wear clothing that are comfortable and do not mind getting wet and preferably flip flops or sandals if they chose to wear footwear on the beach, and also bring a change of clothes just in case they want to change before they leave. Please don't bring valuables if unnecessary, as there will be a Volunteer tent available for volunteers to leave their bags and belongings at the race site, however the tent is not monitored. Parking in the lot may fill up fast, so if you park in the street BEWARE!! OF THE 45 DEGREE PARKING, YOU MUST BACK INTO THE SPOTS!!
