WHAT IS CAPS, YOU SAY?
CAPS is Alpha Phi Omega's Chapter Assessment and Planning Session held annually every spring.
WHAT DO WE DO?
The entire chapter body meet prior to the end of the school year to (1) review our current chapter operations, (2) evaluate whether or not we made our goals, (3) set new goals for the upcoming year, (4) unify the chapter under a single vision through multiple perspectives, and finally (5) motivate members to get the job done!
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
CAPS allows the Alpha Delta chapter to review what we're are currently doing and how it aligns with the goals we set one year ago. It also allows us the flexibility to set new goals and to redefine our chapter vision. But, most importantly, it takes into consideration all of the chapter's input to create a better chapter than ever seen before.
HOW WILL WE ACCOMPLISH THIS?
Small groups! The benefits to going? You get your leadership credit done, you get family points, ANNNND your perspectives and ideas get put into the direct planning of our chapter's success.
