This is a fun, engaging event where a simple cheek swab could be the first step in saving someone’s life. In collaboration with Gift of Life, APO is hosting “Learn, Swab, Save Lives” – an event where you can join the national registry to help match patients battling blood cancers with potential donors. The main drive day is on March 20th, and training will take place the week before—from March 10th to 14th and is 30 minutes long. Please be sure to sign up, arrive on time, and attend the training before the drive week. Volunteers who do not complete the training may not be able to participate in the event.
