Help protect the Wildlife! Bring: Reusable water bottle. Water, tools and gloves are provided. Attire: Wear sturdy shoes or boots (closed-toe shoes are required) and comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty (long pants). This opportunity takes place outdoors with little or no shade so volunteers should wear sun protection such as sunscreen and a hat. Role: Volunteers will be clearing invasive grasses and plants to keep the trail clear and reduce fire risk for community members while also supporting native plants present in the canyon.
