San Diego Kitchens for Good works to transform lives through the avenue of the culinary arts, ensuring that people can gain training in cooking/baking/hospitality training that will prepare them for future employment. They also have a resale store full of donated items which currently needs some volunteer assistance! Volunteers can expect to receive donated goods, count, sort, clean, price and display the items on the sales floor. Revenues generated from the sale of goods go to support their Apprenticeship Programs. Volunteers need to first create an account in order to see and sign up for available shifts.
