MEET AT THE HUB AT 8:00 AM State College Rotary Club will be doing the second of their yearly highway cleanups on their sponsored stretch of Rt. 26, near the intersection with Shingletown Rd. They do start at an early hour - 8:30 am - but they are generally done inside of 2 hours, so everyone has the rest of the day to do whatever. And they will have lots of coffee and doughnuts for all volunteers!!!
