Volunteers will staff one or more stations depending on the number of participants. Please plan to arrive by 8:00 a.m. Sleds will begin at 9:00 a.m. and run until approximately 3:30 p.m. Staff will direct you to parking then come to the Dining Hall, that is the HQ. !!Two stations that need to be staffed!! One is a trivia station involving the Founding Fathers. Teams would visit throughout the day. The other is a communications relay where teams gather clues throughout the day, then decode it and assemble the message. This station would be in the afternoon (12pm - 3:30 pm) only as they would not come until they complete the other stations While staffing a station, volunteers are welcome to build a campfire and cook lunch. Food will also be available for purchase at the Dining Hall (hot dogs, soup, etc.). There is no designated lunch break; volunteers will rotate lunch times to ensure stations remain open. This is a long-standing and enjoyable event, and APO has proudly assisted each year.
