PAWS Fest is being held on the grounds of Centre County PAWS on Sunday, November 3 from 12:30-4:30 p.m. PAWS Fest features high-quality vendors, local food trucks, beverage bars, live music, exciting raffles, and unique carnival-inspired games. We will be breaking the day up into shifts, with a set up/fest shift and a fest/break down shift.
