PROMise of HOPE is Dream Center Peoria's annual outreach that provides free prom dresses for high school-aged girls. This is a great chance to reach out with love and kindness, and help show young ladies that that are loved and valued. "During PROMise of HOPE young ladies are encouraged, loved on, and helped to find the perfect prom dress, shoes, jewelry, accessories, makeup and even hair appointments with students at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture. Many times the young ladies that come to us have to decide between attending prom or meeting basic needs. At this event we help remove that roadblock. Testimonies from over the years show us that many young ladies come with a history of pain and brokenness, often including the shattered dream of going to prom. At PROMise of HOPE we provide a positive memory and encouragement that they are loved, and God has a plan for their lives."
